National Defense as a basic human obligation is an honor for every citizen who implemented with full awareness and responsibility and self-sacrifice for the nation and the Republic of Indonesia. Awareness of National Defense should be built, nurtured and cultivated within every citizen at an early age through education in the form of a lifelong learning process interactive, participatory and progressive lifetime. In order to maintain the integrity of the nation, should increase public participation empowerment construction in accordance with the demands of today's situation. Army through the construction of territorial trying to raise, encourage, direct and control the desire, the passion and power of the community, especially for the younger generation.
